Pre-Conference Workshop
Register for the Storytelling Pre-Conference workshop on October 21st from 1-4pm. Registration is required.
Kick-Off Events: Monday, October 21st - attendance is FREE but you must register.

Scholarship Participation
Conference Registration and Lodging are two separate scholarships. If you need lodging in additional to your registration scholarship, fill out details below.
Adding a lodging scholarship is an ADDITIONAL FEE.
Lodging Scholarship - Adult with a Disability $25
If you do request Lodging, reservations will be made for you. DO NOT contact the hotel.
Lodging Scholarship - Student Plus One $50
There are a limited number of accessible rooms available and will be assigned on a first come basis. Please only request what you need to attend.
**Hotel equipment may not be the same equipment you use at home. Please bring your own if you need specialized equipment.**
If all accessible rooms are full, you may either choose a regular room at the Kalahari, or we can reserve an accessible room at another hotel (at our cost).
The Kalahari Resort is holding a block of guest rooms for October 21 & 22, 2024. Room rates are $169 for single, double, triple or quad rooms.

DEADLINE: Scholarships will be accepted until August 30, 2024 or until funds run out. There are a limited number of scholarships available and they are determined on a first come, first serve basis. We will try to approve as many requests as possible, but we may run out before the deadline. Priority will be given to first time attendees. We encourage you to contact your Care management team, IRIS Consultant or CLTS worker to include the conference in your service plan.
CONFIRMATION: Confirmations will be sent by email or phone within two weeks of applying. We reserve the right to decline a scholarship request based on past participation (e.g., non-payment of processing fee, non-participation, cancelation, etc.).
PAYMENT: If you choose to pay via Credit Card, you will not be charged until your scholarship is approved.
