2026 Self-Determination Conference Sponsorship

The Self-Determination Conference is one of Wisconsin’s biggest (and most amazing) events for people with disabilities and the people who support them. Last year, over 800 people attended the conference! Your support will help us provide even more opportunities for self-advocates to attend this conference!

WE know these are tough times for many of us, but without an increase in sponsorship the conference is in jeopardy of not being able to continue to provide quality programing and opportunities for people with disabilities and professional development for organizations like yours.

Your support will help provide scholarships, interpreter and translation services, transportation, technology and high-quality in-person experience. Please help us continue to empower Self-Advocacy and Self-Direction in Wisconsin. With your support we can make the conference even bigger!

This year’s theme: The Power of Self-Determination: Technology, Community and you, will help people with disabilities lead more Self-Determined lives by providing tools, information, and opportunities to self-direct the lives they want!

Gold Star: You're an innovator. Leading the way for Self-Determination in Wisconsin	$20,000 and above	Includes 2 registrations, 2 day exhibitor booth, full page ad/recognition in the conference program and option to include stuffers in the conference packet.
Silver Circle of Support: You're a builder. Supporting Self-Determination in Wisconsin	$10,000	Includes 2 registrations, 2 day exhibitor booth, and half page ad/recognition in the conference program.
Bronze Trailblazer: You're a navigator. Guiding Self-Determination in Wisconsin	$5,000	Includes 2 registrations and quarter page ad/recognition in the conference program.
Community Connector: You're an advocate. Growing strong roots in our communities	$2,000	Includes 1 registration and business card size ad/recognition in the conference program.
Champion	Any amount is appreciated	Donations will be accepted at any level. Door prizes and goody bag items will also be accepted
